The book didn't only point out the problems that people face as managers; it also gave solutions to prevent such issues and recommendations on how to use them to obtain an ideal result. Morals like teamwork, integrity, pro-activity, and credibility were highlighted in the book.
The review is great.
Congratulations on Botd 🎉

Thanks for your insightful review. This book sounds like a very informative and detailed one on how to become a good manager. The repetitions mentioned in the review might be a way for the author to make sure he made his point. I will add it to my shelves.

There is some helpful invective in this book. Especially about the little extra, you can put into a report or delivering it earlier than the deadline. Stone inspiring ideas.

This book seems like it works be extremely useful for those people starting into a leadership role or a management position. As I am retired and not in the workforce anymore, I think that I will probably not read it, but but I will keep it in case my situation changes. Great review! Kudos to the author for BOTD honors.
