The title of the book is Reconfigurement. The author is E. Alan Fleischauer. 13 chapters in the book are devoted to money management. The author is a Retirement Income Certified Professional.

The book emphasizes the significance of designing a practical retirement plan to appropriately manage accumulated funds. The author encourages retirees to avoid thinking that their lives are over just because they are retired from a routine working lifestyle. Still, they can work and explore their creativity. The author counsels retired people to avoid wasting their time and start thinking about what they can still contribute with their time.

The book focuses on bringing the concept of reconfiguration to the table. The idea is that if you encounter a dilemma in your life, you should view it as an opportunity rather than a form of hardship or danger. You may easily turn this predicament into a fantastic opportunity to restart your life. That will undeniably happen if you plan your retirement life more wisely.

The author also introduces a process called reconfigurement financial planning. The author's goal is not to sell you insurance but to teach you how to manage your current and non-current assets in order to maintain healthy and consistent monetary sustainability even after retirement. The book is not just about retirement but also about how you can set up a proper decision criterion for selecting your current job.

The book has a lot to offer a potential reader who wants to improve his financial management. To plan your financial life, you need a career and an income first. The book has the advantage of providing insight into career evaluations and maintaining healthy revenue streams. The author deconstructs the process of reconfigurement financial planning into detailed and comprehensive steps, supported by examples and relevant links to the software or websites you may need for planning.

I rate this book 4 out of 5. I recommend this book due to its helpful ideas described in an easygoing way. The author has a funny and informative style of writing. The book could be a great self-help book in the context of money management. The topic is entirely realistic and an eye-opener for people who have or have not thought of making a sophisticated retirement plan to spend their lives ahead with ease. Readers residing in the USA can relate to the statistics more easily, but the path described is a helping hand for all working individuals. It contains a positive outlook that allows its readers to expand their points of view creatively and innovatively.

This work is exceptionally well-edited and lacks any bad elements that might severely impact the readers in any regard.
