It's funny how I recently had a conversation about communication. I feel like social media has negatively affected how people communicate. People have no idea how to communicate. They shout get insane. So I think this book is very essential😊

When we communicate, there's that problem of not being able to clearly express yourself, saying something you didn't mean, or speaking inappropriately. This sounds like a helpful book to help anyone struggling with such.

Communication is a key to understanding others, and probably also one of the keys to success. However, I often find self-help books tiring and not at all helpful. You grabbed my attention by mentioning that this book answers to the why-question. That got my wondering what exactly is the why-question? Is it different for every self-help book? 🤔

thank you for the interesting review!

I believe that every self help book needs to answer the "why" question for it to be as useful as it aims to be. This book seems like an interesting read. I hope I can gather a thing or two that will help me.
