Exercise and good dieting have also been at the center of wellness, especially in preventing a lot of conditions. I'm excited to see what the author recommends in this book. Congrats on BOTD.

A simplistic approach to self-help is the need of the hour. It’s high time we realized a healthy lifestyle doesn’t need to be achieved through complex methodologies and techniques. I’m excited to read about these bite-sized steps that can be done in under 12 minutes. Great review!

This sounds like a lovely book, and one that brings a much-needed dose of positivity into today’s negative world. The cover of the book is lovely, and I appreciate the simple framework described in the Amazon book sample and by this reviewer. Well done!

I am a traditional, old-fashioned person. I decided a simpler way of life was to try more ways of how people use to live & many now in other countries still do. It has been to my benefit emotionally, spiritually & financially eliminating costs associated with modernization. I put container gardens on my patio, a recent pet would only drink rainwater, so I kept a big, galvanized tub on the back deck for him. The weather kept it filled. Family is always in the hall bathroom or one from old master bedroom. Someone I buy from found me an antique washstand w/a mirror. I found an Australian made foot tub. Use my grey pouf I earned through product testing with it. It may sound extreme, but I am a person who needs her own space, not anybody else in my space. I cannot stress enough my personal property is not community property. I stream television & have a smart phone not a landline because I was receiving 10 + fraud calls from 8-8 every day. I didn't want my life interrupted by people trying to take money from me they didn't earn. I am going to purchase this book if it helps to keep myself control from exploding at the drug addict, I have for a neighbor or booting my own daughter out on the street with no ware to go. Just to let you know it's not always, how you treat other, but how others treat you that makes life so complex. This includes health problems like gastritis, my dog having Caesars from yelling & screaming neighbors, confirmed by the vet & me having anxiety & feeling crowded.

A self-help book on stress management, healthy lifestyle and wellbeing is a keeper. Sometimes, trivial things like spending time with loved ones, being close to nature and relax can have a positive effect on your health. Suggestions to lead a healthy, stress-free life seem intriguing too.
