Susan Smith Jones's book, Uplifted, is a well written and researched book on personal wellness. It highlights real practical steps on how to go about this. I believe this book will appeal to every creed, despite some biblical quotes in some sections of the book. This is because the message in this book is universal.

I find it interesting that a self-help book would include characters that add zest to the writing. I also like how it encourages positive outlook on life, and I would love to read this. Thanks for your review!

I think it's great that so many people write these books in order to help others. I also couldn't agree more that exercise, a good diet, and meditation are keys to a healthy life style. Great review.

Achieving wellness through healthy lifestyle and a simplistic life is something most people would need as I see it. I think we are all rushing through our lives than living it. This book helps with choosing healthy lifestyle facts and living simply while enjoying life. I would love to give this book a go.

Sometimes we wear busyness like a badge of honor, and it affects our overall health and well-being. This book taught me how to live simply and healthily. For me, having a simple lifestyle could give us long life. Anyway, this is a very well-written review.

A useful book to find some balance in a fast-paced routine, and the best part is that the recommendation of a healthy lifestyle and stress management aren't going to cost anything and can be done from the comfort of your home. Thank you for the analysis.
