This seems to be a self-help book about how to work on one's lifestyle for a good life. It is inspired mainly by Christian scriptures. Thank you for the review!
The disappearance of the word "I am" is indeed the highest happiness! :)

Doing these things Smith suggests should be regarded as plain common sense. But as you imply, we are impeded by our lives, which we aren't really in control of. So I'm glad to see that the book sets out a logical in-between path: moderation.

This book's cover is indeed beautiful, and I like the book's subject matter on "rushing sickness."
I'll give this book a try.

Uplifted focus on wellness and health. I am especially pleased that its not a boring read, but has zest and care. Including others perspectives will allow the read to be more relatable. The review was comprehensive. Thank you.

Many of us have no time for properly caring for ourselves as our greater focus seems to be on work. I’m glad this book covers stress in all aspects of life.

I agree with the OBC review that the cover is really beautiful. I might check out the sample of this book because I've been interested in reading about healthy lifestyle, meditation, and just anything that could help relieve some stress.

Simplicity brings true happiness and inner peace. Also, the book's emphasis on helping others is a great way to live a fulfilling life.

I'm always eager to read self-help books as I believe they can always add something of value to us. Just like the review mentions, the hummingbird and butterfly represent peace and would quite attract readers. Beautifully written review.

That hummingbird on the cover is incredible; a very beautiful cover. I love that the book has actions to perform that don't take too long. I want to read the book for the meditation content. Thanks for the review.
