A lot of people are searching for successful means of building their careers and how to strategically retire when they're old. The effect of old age on one’s strength is debilitating. Therefore, the need for proper planning and financial management is necessary. Are you an adult looking for a book on finance? Are you an employee seeking better sources of income? Are you in search of good strategies to aid your retirement? Read Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer.

Reconfigurement is an amazing non-fiction book. It reveals a lot of valuable lessons and tips for one’s career and accomplishments in life. The author starts by explaining what the term “reconfigurement” entails and the importance of preparation for one’s goals in life. This book also contains significant details and tips on investments, insurance and financial stability. This book also demonstrated the need for one to have a clear structure and strategy for one’s career development and retirement in old age.

I enjoyed reading his book. I found it to be educational and pragmatic. I learned some lessons on finance and proper financial management. I also got to learn about the importance of starting to build a career early in life. E. Alan Fleischauer also talked about insurance and some social security policies that exist to help one have a good retirement plan. The author’s style of writing is captivating and humorous. I was able to relate to all the teaching and illustrations in this book. The author sometimes communicated his thoughts in a humorous manner. This made me feel comfortable and at ease while reading this book. The lessons I got from this book about career, investment and retirement planning are mind-blowing. I appreciate the author taking the time to explain and demonstrate his ideas. I also appreciate the author for sourcing the opinions of other experts outside his field. Some of the themes featured in this book are career, investment and retirement. Another positive aspect I admire about this book is the fact that it was thoroughly proofread and edited. I did not notice any typographical or grammatical errors while reading this book.

Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a great self-help book. I am delighted to have read this book. I learned several pragmatic lessons I plan to apply in my life and business. Therefore, I would gladly state that there is nothing I dislike about this book. I enjoyed reading every page. As a result, I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

I would recommend this book to people seeking financial intelligence. I also recommend this book to anyone interested in learning tips that would aid a successful retirement.

This book is an essential one for those that are already working and would love a great retirement plan for the time they will stop working.
