I love that this book focuses on leadership but the biblical aspect is going to mess me up. I'm Christian, so I don't know the teachings of the Torah. I'm going to read the sample and see if it's for me.

The book explores change and leadership from the standpoint of the Torah. It seems like a fresh approach to these topics. Congratulations on Book of the Day!

This book that expantiate more on leadership is what everyone should read, because it gives more direction on how to lead in times of chaos, and also how to manage the people being led.

Today's book of the day sounds like a self-help book on leadership style and how leaders can sail through upheaval times. However, the author uses Biblical passages to explore this topic. Congrats on BOTD!

I know Russell will be talking from a place of experience. Leadership skill is important in managing different characters of people under you. Amazing review. Congratulations on BOTD.

Moses is good example of a leader, despite how they frustrated him, he still managed well. I think this book will help me lead the little group that has been placed in my care.

I love the addition of Bible verses. The best person to learn leadership from is the best leader of all time, which is Jesus Christ.

Leadership is key for people and organisations and it's one we can never have enough books written on. How this author uses the Bible and Torah to explain leadership is of interest to me. I'd also like to see how change can be driven by leadership. Thanks for your review.

The author is on point. For a leader to successfully lead others, he must listen to a voice other than his, view and vet other people’s opinions. Congratulations to BOTD!

Thank you for sharing your review with us. I’m not particularly interested in self help books on leadership at this time, so I think I will pass on this one for now.

I would love to get a copy of this book, especially since the guiding principles used are biblical and therefore very helpful to those interested to learn more about leadership. Thank you for the review.

I'm a bit intrigued at what kind of disorder is being talked about in this book. As I'm reading the OBC review, it sounds like disorder in church setting. But the use of term leadership sounds like general leadership, like workplace stuff.
