Financial planning, wise investments, good insurance, and many other parameters are necessary for today's rhythm of life; they have a great impact on the quality of our lives. We can make smart professional decisions at any time that will help not only financially but also provide us with everyday happiness. How well does health insurance cover unexpected or anticipated expenses, and how can we get the most out of it? These and other important topics are discussed in detail in Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer.

My favorite thing about this book is that the information is perfectly filtered and presented in simple language. Sorting and filtering information is critical for books in this category. The book provides the reader with useful information without creating unnecessary complexity; it is not overly long and is a nice read. Even though I am unfamiliar with insurance, investing, and other financial terms, I didn't have any concerns while reading. Instead of using complicated terminology, every topic was explained simply so that everyone could comprehend it. For example, I was previously confused by the concept of an IRA, but its types and practical significance were clearly and comprehensively described.

The most interesting part for me was the chapter on life insurance. Often, we have wrong ideas about it, although its practical importance is great. The humor also makes the book much more enjoyable to read. Although some of the topics in the book are for people over middle age, I think it's good to think about planning ahead at any age.

Only, instead of recommending books in the final chapter, I wish the author had suggested part-time jobs and working from home to the reader. The author is skilled at arranging and presenting material to the reader; therefore, that chapter should have been pretty intriguing.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I gave it a perfect rating for the reasons listed above. The information is in a language understandable to the reader and covers many necessary topics. The narration is smooth, light, and loaded with humor. I assume this book is professionally edited, as I found three minor errors. Reconfigurement is divided into thirteen chapters and a conclusion, which summarizes the book's concept and tells the reader about the author's inspiration. I recommend this book to readers of any age who want to learn more about everything related to financial management and insurance.
