I got the propane last night and took a hot shower. Thanks for reminding me anyway. Maybe Ill consult you when I make out a shopping list, you can remind me of things I need. :lol:

40 little bags of chips for a school picnic

oh and Flintstone vitamins

we gave up vitamins when my daughter got braces, she can't have gummies and "can't " swallow the big girl pills

so the doctor said, go back to Flintstones, they are chewable and better than not taking any

do you all take vitamins?

what do you think about taking vitamins?

do they really help?

A doctor told me those Flintstones vitamins are the best ones, even for adults.

I take a Walmart knock-off of Centrum, dont know if they do any good or not. The best vitamins are in healthy food.
