Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer, this exact title has crossed my monitor while searching for books to review. I am really fond of my decisions to choose precisely this one because the book was delightful and really pleasant to read. The author, experienced financial advisor, is trying to show us that life exists after retirement and it does not expire with the moment we turn 65. Even when we are elder, we can find fulfilment – while doing our job or while being retired. All of this is possible but requires planning ahead. The book contains many, many excellent and really useful tips that might have seem obvious but truly they are the key to YOUR success.

There were a few things I really loved about this book. First of all the language that author uses is very pleasant. The words, language and the whole structure is eye-pleasing and simple. Do not get me wrong simple does not mean bad, it is a big advantage in subjects like this. I would like to distinguish one quality of the writing. It is not written in a serious way. Not at all. It is cheerful and full of jokes and charisma of the author. Furthermore, it is filled with many anecdotes and stories that visualise the issue. On the other hand the book is very universal. Many people would enjoy this lecture, no matter the age it is good to know how will your future look like or how it can depending on the actions you take.

I did not find a single thing to complain about. I think issues described in the book are really well-fitted and genuinely well depictured.I feel like all of the recommendations are really useful and it is worth to through them after reading this book because they touch similar issues.

I give this book 4 out of 4 (5 out of 5) stars because of all of the advantages mentioned before as much as the whole look at the publication. The author spent many years to finish this book and make it look satisfactorily and he really did it, in my opinion everyone should have this book in their homes in case of midlife crisis.

To be honest, I would recommend this book to everyone between 25 – 65, but especially people who are still in their twenties and thirties. They should know what is coming, and what to do in certain situations and this book is perfect for rankling questions and lack of answers.
