Alan Fleischauer's Reconfigurement acts as a guide for retirement preparation. It teaches us to enjoy our work and work at jobs we enjoy before we retire. Investments, life insurance, and health insurance are all topics we learn more about. We shouldn't just start thinking about retiring when we get older. It is recommended that we begin making arrangements now in order to alleviate the hardship of retirement. He provides suggestions that working people can think about in the future. Reconfiguration is feasible at every stage of life, as the author showed us. Preparation was encouraged. With a concentration on investment assets, he looked at retirement alternatives that go far beyond the typical financial plan. Given that the American system requires retirement at 65, he expressed his misgivings about it. Along with life insurance, the author discussed additional sources of income.
 
Reconfigurement is a fascinating and enlightening book that offers both life and financial advice. I adore how it examines midlife and late-life problems while demonstrating how to deal with crises in a constructive way. It is interesting and entertaining, with questions that make you think. I admire the author's informal writing style and how he took care to include various related jokes to keep his readers entertained. Truth be told, I laughed a lot while reading the book. The "monastery and nun" joke is hysterically entertaining. In addition, I appreciate how the author supported his arguments with examples from both his own life and the lives of others. In addition, there are URLs that lead to more information.
 
Since the book appears to be mostly written for Americans, it can be a little difficult for people from other nations to comprehend its ideas. Even if they had to work extra hard to apply the instructions in the book to their actual problems in the country, they would still be able to understand the fundamental notion of how to approach their financial rearrangement. I believe the author should broaden the focus of his work to help readers outside of the United States generally with financial reorganization. This was the sole shortcoming of the novel, but it didn't deter me from reading.
 
I saw no mistakes or errors in this book, which speaks highly of its editing. In light of this, I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to every adult out there. When it comes to matters affecting your future, it is never too late to educate and plan yourself.
