6 bookshelves, some 2 layers deep. Lotsa books. I wonder if people think that it's strange when they visit... because I think it's strange to go into a house with no books visible. Anyone else feel that way?

 Considering that I live in a tinyhouse, I would say about 500+! And no they are not all on one book shelf.

I wish to own a collection of physical books in the future. For now, I only read digital books, i.e. ebooks and pdfs, from the internet and other reading sites like Wattpad. Physical books in my country are not affordable, expensive to be honest. 😅

Thousands. Most are used paperbacks. But I also have about 400 free kindle and books to review as well...convenient for travel.

Printed books, the inventory is goes up to 927 books. but in digital format, a little bit over 5.000. This is why I'm so out of touch with current books, I hardly ever buy books anymore.

Yes, when I walk into someone's home and see no books at all I am taken aback. I kind of just assume everyone reads SOMETHING but then I'm reminded that a lot of people don't read and are definitely not as interested in reading as I am.

I used to have quite a big collection which I have had to leave behind each time we moved. Now, I have very few books.. about close to 20. There rest, close to 100 belong to my daughters.

Gosh, I have no idea. I’ve become a little ridiculous about the books. I have as many bookshelves as will fit in my apartment and I still don’t always have enough room for new books. Yes, there are books I could get rid of to make room for my favorites. I just hate getting rid of good books!

Seriously! Moving with this many books is what really scares me!

I don’t think I have ever counted!
I have a huge collection back at my parents house and I am building up another one now that I have moved out as well! Hope to combine the two very soon.
If I had to guess at least 250-300 books

Currently, I own 12 books. Though I love to buy books, unavailable cash gives me no choice but to download the books I want.

I have about a dozen and three poems books recently brought for inspiration and help me get into reading again. If I had the money and patience I would probably have at least a hundred or so by now. My goal this year is to read at least 20 books.

Wow, I'm enjoying reading other people's comments on this! While I only own about 30 books on my shelves, they're mostly all books I love. I do wish to have a big home library of my own one day, hopefully the wish comes true! Although I would much rather read more books than own more books.
