A book with multiple head characters can be confusing at times. I hope I won't find it a problem if I read the book. I'm interested in it being a historical book. Great review.

The dogs of Brownsville is a fictional story of 8 characters. I’m excited to read about life in New York City and Casino in Las Vegas.

The Dogs of Brownville is a fictional story that is centered on Italian Jews. With seven or more fictional characters, most activities are centered on their mob-like activities, such as casinos. Thanks for your review.

I am not into mafia themes usually. I like history and fiction overlaps with historical facts, though. I don't fond the F word problematic if it adds to authenticity of the characters. I personally prefer that the book has a main hero. I might read this book because I love post World War II time period.

As I am a fan of historical fiction, I would really like to try out this book. I liked the storyline and even the concept of "faction". And most importantly, I have to congratulate you for writing such an amazing review that covered almost everything related to the book.

I can see many people passing on this book because of excessive profanity. Personally I don't mind a couple of cuss words in the book if they suit the character and are not too disrespectful. So will give this book a try. Congratulations on being listed as Book Of The Day.

Oh, wow. We have faction stories?! That's new. I should like to know how it sounds like. This seems to be an interesting historical tale. With the vast count of protagonists, I wonder how the author organized each of their storyline portions?! Looks like I'm about to pick one of the best books to read in 2023. Congratulations on being the BOTD.

I like the fact that the author described the book as a "faction." I am already curious to know what makes the story transcend 5 decades. This book will be a worthwhile read.

I'm not fond of books filled with profanity, especially where authors do it in an attempt to give the book more authenticity. Thank you for your honest review. I shall skip this book.

For a "faction", this book is still considered a historical fiction. While I don't enjoy reading and watching mafia stories, the characters are equally interesting. I don't often read book without a main protagonist, so I'll check it out. Congratulations on the BOTD.

A book with so many "main" characters could easily fall between the cracks and loose its grip on the reader. If the author succeeded in maintaining the tension, he must be a very capable writer.
