This book has an interesting plotline that deals with abusive relationships and fighting cancer. I would like to find out how Katie deals with her adverse circumstances. Thanks for the detailed review!

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you liked the book. Perhaps it's my mood, but I'm not eager to read something about abusive relationships. From the sample, the writing was fine, so I think it's just my preference. I'm sure many others will enjoy it after reading your wonderful review.

Katie's story seems interesting. Books that deal with abusive relationships portrays the negatives that are other times hidden from the society. I do feel bad about her. I do wish that the ending was atleast a happy one.

The characterization of Katie as the protagonist of this tragic story seems intriguingly interesting.

I think it's going to be an interesting narrative to hear an adult reflect about her past decisions. In this story, Katie chronicles her life in an abusive relationship. Congrats on BOTD!

To learn about how A Frame For Flowers by Sean Storin is about Katie's abusive relationship, cancer diagnosis, and other struggles is too sad of a read for me. Reading this book would make me too teary with over-empathizing for the characters. Excellent review overall, though, especially for ending on a positive note by describing the story as a reading of compassion and courage.

'Official Review: A Frame for Flowers' by Sean Storin is positive and honest. The reactions to the book provided by the reviewer are authentic to follow. The point that the story chronicles the life of Katie Kalley in an abusive relationship is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the story makes sense without making it feel too painful for the reader, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. I like the advice offered to potential readers in the review!

The soothing cover somehow reflects the story of this book. It's hard to deal with an abusive partner while you're also suffering from illness alone. This story sounds familiar, and I'm interested in reading more about the protagonist's battles and how she conquered them all. Congratulations on the BOTD.

Although a fictionalized story, I felt emotional reading Katie's story of her abusive relationship and being diagnosed with cancer. Life could be unfair sometimes. Great work by the author and congrats on #BOTD!

This is a fiction. Sean Storin seems to have such creativity in writing life story. Katie the protagonist faces with courage the experiences of, parental loss at end of teenage years, then having to take care of her brother, having to raise children in being in a abusive relationship, and then the cancer. All these are so close to real life experiences. Would like to read this book sometime. You have done so well with your review. Congratulations on the BOTD!

A frame for flowers seems like a touching story. I like that the book touches on serious issues such as dealing with the loss of loved ones, abusive relationships and dealing with cancer. I also like that the author uses flashbacks to provide background information in the story. Congratulations on making book of the day!

This book sounds like an emotional and emotionally satisfying roller coaster. I’m glad to hear that it handles the topics of abusive relationships and cancer with the care that they deserve. Thank you for the helpful review.
