I've never heard of Paganini before, but it certainly sounds like he's lead an intriguing life. This seems like a very complicated read, but interesting none the less. Thanks for the in depth review.

Splendid review! Thorough and humorous as well! The screenplay seems very interesting to read, not only for being inspired from real events in the life of a famous violinist but also for the fact that it really makes the reader see the action with their own eyes. I hope to see the film one day!

This Is a Story of Niccolo Paganini is a screenplay based on the life of the celebrated Italian violinist and composer who died in 1840 at the age of fifty-eight. Congratulations BOTD!

The author of this book has written many other successful novels but this one is actually a screenplay. It contains a historical plotline with actuary throughout. I especially find the attention to detail to be refreshing. Congrats on the BOTD!

This book sounds fascinating! I love historical fiction and I haven't read one written as a screen play, so I am adding this one to my want-to-read list! Thanks for the great review!

This sounds like an interesting period piece, would definitely like to read this one. Also, I'm excited to hear that it's a screenplay, given the slightly different reading experience!

While I don't usually choose to read screenplays, this one sounds quite riveting and vivid in its portrayal. I like that the dialogues are authentic and that the author was able to make this book engaging with dramatic representation of the life of a musical genius. Thank you for the analysis.

Reading a book with the concept of a screenplay seems to be too complicated for me, so I will pass on this book. However, I appreciate the insightful review.

I like listening classical music, but not reading biographies or memoirs of and about composers and musicians as a whole and Niccolò Paganini in particular. Apologies, I am not interested in this book since not so long ago I watched a documentary about him and remember too much information as it is, but still congratulations on BOTD!

I don't typically enjoy screenplays, yet this one sounds pretty interesting. I like how pain and sorrow transpose in music, especially orchestra music. I find the story behind the music very intriguing and I will read this piece soon.

This screenplay is for people who love stories about violinists and it has romance in it. It seems like an interesting screenplay that also has historical fiction in it from the 1840s. Grest review.

This review is very thorough and detailed. I greatly appreciated the inclusion of the fact that the story is told through the proceedings of the Papal Inquiry and events in the violinist’s life as flashbacks. These details are very useful in regard to deciding how interesting the story sounds as a potential reader. The reviewer definitely made me interested in reading this story.

Nobody watches the roll credits of a movie, tv series, etc because after the movie, tv series, or whatever is done, you're done. But what I'm watching right now has a very distinct violin piece that plays my heartstrings. The violin is one of the only instruments that can play both sinister and soothing sounds. The main character in this book, Paganini masters that, which ends with
a Catholic priest, Romolo Cafarelli, convinced that Paganini’s talent stems from the Devil, Cafarelli informs the violinist that he will be refused a Requiem Mass and a proper burial when he dies.
Paganini was the foremost violinist of his time and attracted the kind of adulation familiar to modern rockstars. He also lived the rockstar lifestyle. He was a gambler, a drinker, and a notorious womanizer. One suspects that he was not an easy man to like. Despite this, Rees makes him a sympathetic character. He tells his story with a good deal of warmth, outlining mitigating circumstances such as Paganini’s tough childhood at the hands of a demanding and abusive father.
- This is a screenplay based on Niccolo Paganini's life and the review was just as great as the violinist himself. Well done!
