This is such a well-written curiosity-invoking review. Your decision to introduce the holocaust in the first paragraph and then weave in the key character and other details of the story in proceeding paragraphs lends the review, and ultimately the book, a lot of credibility and intrigue.

Some time ago, I was compelled to do some research on the Holocaust, and I was traumatized. I hope the author finds some solace in her journey to discover the truth about her lineage. Congratulations on making BOTD!

Extensive research was done in the writing of this book. Finding out that your family had an unusually high number of twins is mind blowing in itself. I am officially intrigued.

I believe everyone should read this book. Learning about the atrocities of the Holocaust and how Jewish people have been mistreated throughout history is so important to stopping this horrific history repeating itself. Great review, sensitively handled, thank you!

I agree with this! My mother made me memorize the following quote, "the beginning to the end of war lies in the act of remembrance." So true - and it has forever stuck with me. The Holocaust is one of the most horrific events in history, and it sounds as if this book is fascinating. Congratulations to the author on BOTD!

We shall never forget history. I read books about WWII and Holocaust from time to time and try to understand how such a monstrosity could happen. I will add the book to my bookshelf when I will get back again into this area of literature to have a well-documented book to dive into.

The holocaust is one of the most horrifying events in the recent history of mankind. Every story is valuable to remember, and nonfiction books from that time period are must-reads for me. I hope the world will never forget. Thank you for this beautiful review!

This sounds amazing! I just finished Uprooted, and I was so intrigued by the findings of that author with the help of ancestry.com. I think this ranks up there with that. Great review!

I love books whose authors have carried out deep research before penning them down and I believe Discovering Twins by Stella Claire is one of them. The Holocaust is a concept I would love to learn more about.

The book sound interesting and a bit intriguing. What about that staggering and shocking secret the author uncovered after her mother's death? And though non fiction books are not my cup of tea, I'm still sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

In my opinion, the Holocaust was the most shameful episode in our history and testimony of what monstrosity are capable and how horribly low can sink human beings. I am extremely proud that none of my ancestors stand by and let it happen without a fight, but at the same time I heard enough of their tales to never desire to read books on this subject. Still, most heartfelt congrats on BOTD!
