Genres like this are one of my favourites. This is definitely a mist read for me, I hope both Quinn and Cooper were able to make up. I also love how it addresses violence against kids as this is often sadly a not much talked about subject. Thanks for the review.

It sounds like the "literary soup" description in the blurb is justified. Your review shares the mixture of several ingredients that would make this an exciting read. Thank you for your take, and congrats on BOTD!

I have read the BOTD before and it is definitely a worthwhile read for anyone who likes an adventure story with some romance mixed in. Stan was a great friend to Cooper. Both men feed off one another's positive energy well. Nice review.

This is a definite read for me. I enjoyed your review. The genre combination intrigues me, especially your take on the book being more action than romance. The novel seems to be one entertaining BOTD.

The book sounds really exciting. I like the phrase used to describe the book - "the literary soup". It combines so many things such as violence, abuse, abduction, addiction, romance, adventure and packed with so much action that I will give it a try. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

After Cooper
...suffered through living with a mother who didn't care, a physically abusive stepfather, and his older sister who was sexually abusive to him. Putting his terrible childhood behind him, Cooper had served in the Marines and spent a couple of years in the food business with his best friend, Stan.
- It's amazing how people from broken homes become the best in society. That's why it also said the characters were well-developed and believable. This story sounds intriguing, especially from the reviewer's style of writing. She makes the most mundane books feel good . Thank you for squeezing out such a sweet review!

Cooper lived in a web of abuse with abusive people. Life really did squeeze him. I can't wait to read how he pulled through.

Thank you for your review. I agree with your opinion that the title is slightly misleading in that romance is not really the main genre in this book. Other than that, the story sounds interesting and engaging.

Interesting storyline filled with romance, action and suspense. I’d love to read this book and see if Cooper and Quinn will find their way back to each other again and if their relationship will have a happy ending with all the toxicity and dysfunction they faced in the past.

The book "Squeeze" by Hiram Davis highlights the life of Cooper Landry, who came from an abusive home. The book is full of action, romance, suspense, and violence. I like that the narrative is natural and unfolds smoothly.

Cooper lived a difficult childhood. I wonder if Quinn finds him. This story addresses harsh issues like child abuse but highlights friendship. Also, it is full of action, suspense, and violence. Sounds interesting.

I like that this book is a mixture of different genres. I wonder how much Cooper's abusive childhood will affect his adult life. Thanks for the interesting review
