To be honest, over the years, I've been thinking that Yoga is a funny exercise. It feels like they just sit and do nothing. But recently, I have discovered the benefits of Yoga. It aids in concentration and meditation. Well done for this review.

Looking frail at old age can be controlled. There alot of myths we allow ourselves listens to and on the long run it affects us. This book is fascinating for the aged and also middle age people for a better old age.

It's unfortunate that you noticed an error in the book, but it's good to hear that it didn't detract from your overall enjoyment of the book. Your recommendation of the book to all the elderly and those who work at octogenarian homes is appreciated.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and insights on the book, and I'm sure it will be helpful to others looking for practical fitness guidance for aging adults.

Being fit is very important to one's health. I'm impressed there's a book on health tips for the elderly. Chair yoga sounds funny but from your review, it seems to be worth it. Nice review.
