Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's book, A Dream for Peace, chronicles his life and his struggle against racism, which was a serious issue for his people. This book provides a thorough account of his life, from his early years to his struggle for freedom and peace in his country.

Losing his father at a young age did not deter his mother from wanting the best for him academically and emotionally. His mother is driven to want the best for Ghoulem, seeing as they grew up in a household of professionals. He was exposed to a bad aspect of the system at a young age. He dug even further into that aspect of his life, which is fighting for the freedom and peace of his nation, and this is something he went into immediately after entering the university. Furthermore, he battled racism as a medical student and rebelled against it. Not only that, but he also traveled to other nations to promote peace, made significant scientific discoveries, and did many other things. Learn more about Dr. Ghoulem's life.

I would categorize Dr. Ghoulem Berrah's book, A Dream for Peace, as worthwhile reading. I find the author's description of a life devoted to fighting for freedom and peace to be highly admirable and deserving of imitation. Another component of this book that I loved was how the author showed us not just the political, but also the emotional and family-focused aspects of his life. The illustrations in the book gave it even more life. Seeing pictures of his family and his political life added to the book's realism, which is something I appreciated about it.

There was nothing about this book that I could fault it for. I thought the book would be pretty long, but I was still able to finish it and like it. I mostly concentrated on the important characters in the novel, that is, those close to him. This is because several of the names mentioned in this book were challenging to understand and remember. The book was professionally edited, and while reading it, I only came across a few errors, and I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars because of the author's wonderful work.

This is a book you would like if you seem to go deeper into politics, meaning if you are interested in activism and the fight for freedom and peace, then this is the book for you. I would also advise those who don't mind reading lengthy books to pick up this book.

I'll love to read about this man. Indeed, if he has achieved so much, his name should be very popular among people. Maybe, it will be popular in his home country. Nevertheless, he sure is an icon.

The author wrote this book to tell of his actions and encounters he faced in this fight for peace and freedom. He became close to many noble men during this process. Berrah was a noble man and I believe his actions for his people will not be forgotten. Great review.
