Nico Griffith is such a strong woman to have overcome the traumatic incidents that happened to her and work herself into becoming one of the most successful real estate agents among her contemporaries. The quizz section is great and should especially help those who are interested in this field to assess their abilities. I am impressed by this tale of bravery and accomplishments, and I recommend it to people.

Nico Griffith had a rough year in 1982, with a miscarriage, financial troubles, and a divorce. She eventually became a successful real estate agent and wrote a book called Pandora's Lockbox about her experiences and those of her colleagues. The book is full of humorous, sad, scandalous, and occasionally dangerous stories. It also includes a quiz and glossary of real estate terms. Griffith is a great storyteller, and her book explores the importance of friendship and the challenges of starting over.

It sounds like the author was going through a tremendously trying time, but it sounds like thanks to her resilience and strong work ethic, she was able to overcome obstacles. I like that the book provides a handful of stories about having a career in real estate. Thanks for the detailed review.

Nico seems to be the embodiment of rising above your circumstances! I don't think I would enjoy this book since it is nonfiction but this was a great review.

I could tell that Nico is a strong and independent woman. It’s hard to go through miscarriage and abandonment but I’m glad she persevered. Nico is something all women should look up to. Thank you for your wonderful review.

This sounds like a fun look into the lives of real estate agents (a field I had never considered would be fun to look into) told with a humourous and entertaining perspective. The opening shows that the author really started from square one before finding this new groove.

Nico and her experiences sound absolutely hilarious. She also seems to find a way of turning disaster into something positive with her attitude. With Pandora's Box as the inspiration, I definitely put Nico in my "to read" library!

I would never have guessed that a book about real estate agents would be entertaining, but this one sounds pretty good! Nico must have a natural flair for writing and storytelling.

I know nothing about what the difficulties that the agents faced in the 1980s and 90s, so this one sounds extremely interesting.

I thought this was a fictional book. I admire the author's efforts in this emotional rollercoaster journey to pulled herself after so many challenges. Eventually I'm a bit picky about memoir. Thank you for a great review.

Looking at the cover I would have thought this book was fiction. But it’s a non-fiction memoir with an enticing story. Congratulations on book of the day!
