[Following is a volunteer review of "Reconfigurement" by E. Alan Fleischauer.]

E. Alan fleischauer used his financial skills and expertise, which are based
on his huge experience in this field, along with his sense of humor, to present
his book. Reconfigurement. to us. The first financial book I would like to
continue reading. Have you thought about the future, have you thought about
getting old, what will you do when you reach retirement age.. and what will you
do after retirement? All of them are difficult questions, and they may be
boring in many cases.. You will find many choices that will help you find the
right answer for you in this book .The author is talking here about retirement and
the US financial services system, Social Security, 401(k) plans, health care, health
insurance, medical care, assets, investment, and many other related topics. The
author emphasizes the importance of planning a head , knowing how to spend your
earned money, the importance of income and budget, but not in a traditional
way, but in a way that enables you to protect your life after retirement, not
only your life but all those who matter to you. Planning ahead can be difficult
due to life's circumstances, but as I have come to know reading this book, it
is very important. Our ability to earn is one of our most important assets.
That's what. Reconfigurement. our life is about, as the author said "planning
ahead"

If you are in your thirties and work without knowing your strengths, goals,
and expectations for yourself in the future, I recommend that you read
Reconfigurement. as it provides you with a simplified explanation in a humorous
spirit of topics that I know can be difficult to think about. The author's way
of presenting financial information, whether about insurance, savings or
investment, makes you want to know more.In addition to providing many links to
sites that can help you to obtain references to book information, some of which
I personally tried and were useful to me.

The book offers you different strategies for planning for retirement, as it offers
you advantages and disadvantages, and you can choose what suits you best. What I
have already learned from my reading, in addition to the importance of planning, is the
importance of our obtaining and knowing all the information that includes our
retirement plans, whether insurance, social security, or whatever method your
retirement plans include if you have one, and this is what the author strongly
advises us to do.
I can talk at a long time about the advantages of this book, as it really made
me start thinking about my future when I reach retirement and what I should do
for myself and my children and also for my grandchildren, God willing, while I
am still in my mid-thirties.

This book was illuminating in some way for things that we may find boring or
tiring. It shed light in a diluted way, but skillfully, on many important
points to advance in life with comfort and reassurance. So I did not find
errors that I can mention. The thing that some may consider negative is that
the book talks specifically about retirement in America, which makes it
different for a reader from another country, but from my point of view, I find
that any of us can relate to one point or another of what was mentioned in the
book.

. I'm rating this book 5 out of 5 stars. Because It professionally edited, and
it provided a lot of useful information in a way that has some fun, and in the end it
might make us see that getting old is not a bad thing in the end if we plan it well.I
recommend it to all readers in their thirties and forties and everyone who is thinking of
retirement or those who do self-employment .. It is really a wonderful book.

Financial department seems to be this author's strongest area of knowledge. I'm glad he made a book on the subject without making it dull.

A resourceful read for people in America; will help people plan for a financially secure retirement. Although many aspects are US citizen-specific, the overall concept can be molded to fit residents in other countries.
