Almost everyone have pasts that we want to forget and never have to visit again. However, some pasts need to be revisited to stop their negative influence on the present and the future. Bob's story is a relatable one.

"Kaleidoscopic Shades" by David A. Neuman is an exciting book involving paranormal fiction. Bob Triplow is the main character that ran away with his family from Adelaide to Corona, CA where he thought he was safe from his past. In 2022 children in Corona began dreaming about a man dressed in black clothes. The dream started with Joshua Triplow and people started disappearing. Bob learned that to solve this problem he needed to return to Adelaide to stop this mystery man. Was Bob successful, did he save his friend Sammy? One must read the book to find out what happens. The official reviewer found the book hard to follow until half the book was read. I understand the 3 stars out of 4 rating. Good review.

I am not interested in paranormal novels because I find them unrealistic. Thank you for the review.

This book is of the mystery genre. But why were people disappearing? What's about the man showing up in people's dream? I enjoyed the review and I'll advise that the author considers re-editing the book to synchronize the story perfectly. Congratulations on BOTD

I love this book because of it supernatural features and the possibility of anything, taking the reader to a different realm. Congrats on being the BOTD.

Your review provided an honest analysis of the book. I read a few sample pages and did not enjoy them much. Although I love to read about paranormal activities, this book wasn’t engaging enough. The initial pages moved slightly slowly, and I felt like the story wasn’t going anywhere. Maybe, it improves in the later part of the book, but for now, I would skip this one.

The plot sounds super interesting. Considered reading the book but having undeveloped character arcs is quite a turn-off for me :(

This book seems to have a good plot. However, the execution is a bit off. It's unfortunate that Kaleidoscope Shades lost a star because of the structure issues mentioned. This book would be perfect for people who like paranormal fiction. Congratulations on making book of the day!
