I’d be curious to hear what kind of similarities can be found between the code of the human mind and that of a computer program? That particular detail piqued my interest, but other than that, I don’t think this self-help book is for me. However, thanks for the informative review, well done!

I'm always a little bit skeptical about books that reiterate how effective they are, but your review makes me think this book is really useful for many people. Excellent honest review, and congrats on book of the day!

The author seems to have garnered enough experience from different fields. This makes him the perfect guy to talk about how to work on ourselves.

I am not interested in self-help books, and the amount of errors and repetitive ideas certainly do not make me want to read this book. Thanks for your detailed review!

I already try to be as authentic as I can, and although the exercises the author will surely be helpful, I will skip this book for the time being.

I was so upset when the sample ended, right when it had become the most interesting! I like self-development books and this one seems to be helpful. However, many errors hinder the message.

Life is best lived being authentic. The author's advice about being non judgemental is spot on because no one is perfect and there are many sides to a person.

I like the idea that this book has ways of changing the way we deal with and think about things in life. I'm sure we all get bogged down with the routine of life. Great review. Thank you!

This is another self help book that aims to help readers achieve a higher level of thinking to reach one's goals and dreams. It contrasts the human mind to computer code and emphasizes the need to constantly upgrade the code. I personally believe that many can learn from this informative book. Congrats on the BOTD!

Motivational, self-help books are not my cup of tea but the review is pretty enthusiastic. I would gladly read a short review or a very short list stating the principles of how to handle negativity and overcome stress, there are too many of these in our life. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

It's important to know your self worth and believe in yourself.
