The plot feels like book two of terms and service. AIs controlling humans in a dystopian world sounds familiar. I like how resilient Kim is, and I hope she gets to find a way out.

Honest review of an interesting book. A dystopian world with AI as slaves of their own volition is something new. I may give it a try.

First of all, thank you for your very informative review! You really sold this book to me. not just this one but the others in the series, just based on your description, so thank you and well done. I love dystopian novels and the elements you describe would draw me to give this a read.

The book sounds really thrilling. I can't even imagine a world where you are robbed of your individuality, where you are forbidden to express yourself and your point of view. Instead you should always address yourself in plural which, in my opinion, makes the people resemble the flock of silly sheep that behaves the way they are "told" to. it will be interesting to read the book. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Yes, it looks like Terms of Services is the prequel of this one. It is quite interesting to see what will happen next to Kim and to those other rebellious people who want to stay free from AI control. The weird way of talking mentioned in the review comes from the fact that the AI and corporations raised Kim's generation. They took them away from their parents when they were children. I wish the author has given this book a title that we could recognise quicker for being the continuation of Terms of Services. I wouldn't have guessed if I had no read this review.

Reading books like this about AIs controlling humans makes me think about the endless possibilities of a situation similar to this in our distant future. I hope we never get to live in a time like that. Thank you Emmanuel for such an in-depth review.

I've read the first part of this book, and while I was impressed by the author's creativity, the ending didn't intrigue me enough to want to find out what will happen to Kim and Shan. I'll pass on this book.

Nice review. You were candid about what you liked and what you disliked about the book. I don't know if this is a book for me but I will definitely put this one aside and think about it.

Prophecy of the heron
After the utopia the AI take over. Kim is wheeling & dealing with males. An advertisement for her wares. Herons are Fish eaters with S shaped necks.
Didn’t enjoy it.

I wish there was a lot more that could be added to the concept. I like the potential of the storyline.

This is the second book of the book Terms of Service. I personally am curious about what happens next to Kim and the situation she found herself in at the end of Terms of Service. Great review.

The series containing this book is a wild one. Using AI as a definitive villain trying to control the human race. The dark theme applied only makes it better and I'm certain readers will enjoy this.

Dystopian A.I. stories are interesting. I like that the book exposes what’s going on with the mega corporations.

I love a good dystopian tale, and this one's inclusion of AI in such a wicked construct sounds absolutely fantastic.
