Snatched Up to Heaven for Kids is indeed an artistic means to illustrate and share the wonders that exist within the beauty of God's love and His salvation. As I skimmed through the pages of the book, I felt different kinds of emotions—happy, amazed, hopeful—any kinds of positive emotions that allowed me to hold onto His grace and love. Each page and each conversation of the characters brought me into a safer place than I didn't imagine I could be. So many wonders exist within the pages of this book—those that allow us to understand how beautiful it is to live a life closer to Him. "To be truly sorry means we repent. This means we change the way we think and act so we don't do the same thing again." This passage from the book reminded me of how important it is to take conducive actions to follow His ways and words deeper than we do now. I admire how the writers wrote with so much genuineness to share how He loves us. One chapter was entitled "Emma Makes Some New Friends," and the illustrations depicted in it made me cry. The beauty in the smile of Jesus balmed my heart; it made me desire more to live closer to Father God, to Jesus Christ, and to the Holy Spirit. The idea of being embraced and kissed by God is indeed a wonderful feeling. While reading how Emma described what it feels like to be with God and in His kingdom, I couldn't help but let my heart and soul yearn to be closer and to never be apart from Him. I love how verses excerpted from the Bible ignited the core of my being. I love how this story made me yearn to be as innocent as a kid again, and I love how this story made me embrace my inner child again. This is by far one of the most beautiful books I have ever read, and it deserves more than five-star ratings. But to follow the scale of rating, I will rate this story 5 out of 5! The smooth transitions and how they related the story to Bible verses are everything, and I also love how they provided illustrations for readers to see how they envision each part. This would be a good start for parents to introduce their children to the beauty and eternal love of our Saviour. Glory be to the Almighty King, forever and for always.
