I, too, was drawn to the title of the book! I love a good action thriller, especially one where the protagonist is accidentally thrown into the story. I can hardly wait to see how this one ends. Thank you.

This looks like my kind of thriller! I can’t wait to read it to see the resolution. I was unhappy to read that his love interest does…that’s always hard in the book but goes give Jack even more of a reason to get to the truth. Great review and congratulations to the author on BOTD!

A fast paced action thriller is one I would love to read and engage in. The book seems like one that will be really interesting to read. The review also is an excellent one.

I'm pretty sure Jack would find himself in an uncomfortable position after taking something that belongs to a crime boss. It would be nice to see what happened later on in the book. Nice review. Congratulations on winning BOTD.

The review got me hooked with enough background on Jack especially the part about book title reference. It will be an interesting read on how Jimmy lost the diamonds to Jack and Bev and the thrill of chase.

The first thought that crossed my mind is that if Jack would have left the box alone, he would not have ended up in all these troubles. But then there would not have been a story either.

Jack seems to have gotten into trouble by picking up a box of diamonds, which of course had to belong to someone. In this case, to a dangerous crime boss. This fictional action thriller offers a suspenseful and exciting plot.

Thank you for sharing your review. It sounds like an exciting action thriller with a well-written plot and intriguing characters. It’s great to know that some of the dialogue could have been more descriptive, you enjoyed the book and would recommend it to others who enjoy action thrillers, suspense, and adventure.

It was a surprise that Bev died as it was not mentioned in the Amazon description , I thought she would be the romantic interest of Jack. I also like reading about the perspective of the protagonist and the antagonists. Thank you for your review!
