I prefer the fist person . This is becausr you can be able to share feelings and the readers can easily sympathize with the character. This might not be easy to do when it is a narrator who is telling the story.

I don't have any preferences in that matter since both approaches have their strengths and weaknesses. Ultimately, it's up to the writer to choose the point of view that best serves their story and their artistic vision.

I love a 1st person but sometimes I miss the other side of the story so, for me, the perfect book is a 1st person with two different p.o.v

First person narrator. This is because you can easily sympathize with them.

For me, it's not so much about first or third person, but I think I've found that I like it better if novels focus on one character, at least one per chapter. I like hearing the character's thoughts and feelings, why they say the things they say and why they think the things they think, so I always find it a bit disorienting when they switch POVs to another character in the middle of a chapter.

1st person is better as it helps build the connection better. Having said that, I don't mind the narrator option too. ..it all depends on how it is said.

I prefer 1st person. It's so much easier to get into a book and feel like you are a part of the world when the book is told in 1st person. I just don't get that same connection with a narrator.

Depends of the book, but I think I enjoy the first person narrations more because the author has to be very careful what the character is seeing and hearing around; they can't jump and see what the bad guy is doing on the other room.

I personally like the third person more than the first person. It's because the third person lets you see the world from an outside observer's point of view. It kinda depends on the genre though. Like, for sci-fi books, I'm all about that third-person perspective, but when it comes to romance, I like hearing from both main characters in first-person.

I think first person can provide a more intimate and subjective experience, allowing readers to connect with the narrator's thoughts and emotions. On the other hand, third person offers broader perspectives and flexibility. I prefer first person.

Both. First-person narrative gets me more connected to the character and their humor (if the character is humorous). The narrator gives a deeper understanding of all characters in general, and we learn more information and details. Therefore, I enjoy both.

I don’t think I have a preference. There are books of both kinds that I love. I enjoy both perspectives. I guess any preference I might have would depend on the kind of book it is, but generally it doesn’t matter much.
