I love Science Fiction but I think I might pass on this. I can’t get used to reading about a brain without a head.. lol! It’s for others but not me! But the book was not bad by no means

Do children know they are human if they are not told they are? It sounds like Brian's brain was formed to be an adult cognitively. This book places the question of morality by the treatment of the brain. Emotional feelings are fragile and I think Dipol disregarded this. Nice review.

I read the review with interest. The selection of the book on Amazon troubled me greatly. I think this was intentional on the part of the author, and I was curious to see if the reviewer had any insight into whether this unease would dissipate on a full reading.

I Noticed that the reviewer became immersed in the characters and story as he continued to read, and it fostered a true empathy with Brian and Ellie. While this encouraged me, there were enough "off" things in the sample that I will not buy the book.

One primary example was when a choice of three rental cars was given to a character. First, a car that totally drove itself was offered, then one that was manually driven, and finally one that allowed a driver to take over if the automated version malfunctioned. If the third option was provided, the first should not be allowed.

Both the book and the review were well written, but not my cup of brain fluid.

This is science fiction at its most creative. A true human brain without a body encased in a stainless steel casing but with all the emotions intact.

Amazing review. It would be fascinating to learn how Brian escapes Jonathan's grasp and how his creators keep him safe. Congratulations on winning BOTD.

I really like the description of this book. I am very into Sci-fi stories. This book has a very interesting story; the thought of creating a brain without a body and having it function like a normal brain is so surprising.

A lot of movie sceneries sound like the beginning of this book, which involves the creation of a brain without a human. The complications it involves sound interesting and thought-provoking, so I would like to discover more about this book. Congrats on BOTD!

The review of the book was great and it made the book sound intriguing. However, I am not into sci-fi books or anything with AI. You did a great job on the review!

Thank you for your review. I enjoyed reading the sample on Amazon very much indeed. A lot of interesting concepts and ideas are presented in this story. How do self-awareness and consciousness arise? I am keen to find out if Brian has perfect memory from the moment he awakened as one might expect in an artificial intelligence. This might be the start of a great series too!

Brian, Created Intelligence is a story about Project Redeye, the primary mission of which is to create an organ that no scientist in the history of AI has ever attempted. Congratulations BOTD!

Your admiration for Dr. Ellie Parsons and Brian is commendable. It's interesting to read about how you connected emotionally with the characters and became invested in their story.

I enjoyed reading this detailed review. I agree this story would make an exciting movie. I am wondering how long it took Ellie to figure out how to invent the brain (probably years)? The question at the end of this review is quite relevant because, what makes a human? Is Brian human? How much can Brian learn?
