This is a true reflection of grace from all angles. The poem is well thought out and the terms are very realistic. It shows how one can stand their ground/stand for something without losing their way or compromise their integrity. Very inspiring.

Nice content. Love it and informative
To forcefully defend your own as needed, but not offensively attack others.

To set boundaries without crossing boundaries.

Such a lovely and truthful poem that however can apply to all human beings. I can understand what the writer is clearly saying in those two phrases.
1. "To be kind but not dishonest." why would I be too kind to someone who will then get some sort of ideas to lead me into doing something that is not right to do?
2. "To treat your flesh as your temple but not your true self."
My understanding to this phrase.... keep your body pure but your true self don't really need to be a liker a saint. We all have different thoughts... just my thoughts...

"To be at war in the material world, without loosing inner peace",,,, this hit me so different as we are all loosing inner peace because of all the material things we want,,,overall this is a really good peace

The poetry "What Grace Means to Me" by Scott Hughes is a personal reflection on what it means to live a life of grace. The author describes several qualities and attributes that he associates with grace, such as confidence without arrogance, bravery without fearlessness, and motivation without greed.

The author's writing style is clear and concise, and he uses simple language to convey his ideas effectively. The poetry is well-structured and organized, with each paragraph focusing on a particular aspect of grace. The author's use of contrasting pairs of qualities, such as "brave, but not fearless" and "kind, but not dishonest," is a particularly effective way to convey his understanding of grace.
