The reviewer introduced this book (Stubborn Children) as a way of working with children with rigid minds. It is quite exciting for parents and psychologists to learn these possibly new approaches. She mentioned drawings and illustrations that would help. I became interested due to my educational background. I can easily see additional use in day care settings. I am sure there are others. Such a find is extrordinary and the review includes mention of actual clinical information which would help. Thanks for a thorough review of a solution for many who could benefit from this book. Thank you!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting informational book about children with stubborn behavior and how parents can help stubborn children become more sociable and flexible by experiencing relaxed pleasure. It might be worth a second look, especially for parents with younger children. Well done.

The author of the book, in my opinion, really took into account those with such children as it has examples, picture aid, and well-put illustrations on how to well manage stubborn kids. Having been such a kid myself I would certainly recommend it.

I do not have children, nor do I work in childcare, but I believe this book will be helpful for those that have a professional or personal relationship with children that are in formation years. Parents, teachers, psychologist and so many people can benefit from the lesson this book has.

I always thought that stubbornness could be controlled but not entirely by the parents. I think , that as a person grows up, and begins to mentally mature, he or she begins to see that the world is not entirely about them. Especially if such people are not cuddled, or if nobody sucks up to them. Maybe I am wrong but, who knows. Congrats BOTD.

It's good that you share a book like this. Many people, when having to deal with children who are difficult, choose to use violence and strong punishment.

I have always thought that there are better ways, and more intelligent ways of educating.

Thanks for your review! :D
