The book sounds incredibly educational and fascinating. The main causes of the numerous forms of damage we are experiencing are human greed and stupidity. As you mentioned, a shift for the better over the coming generations might be the key to restoring the equilibrium we lost.

I agree with your recommendation that this book be read by younger readers, who seem more open to the reasoning and suggestions the author makes than older readers would. Thank you for an excellent review.

This book of the day is a unique read. It intertwines Greek mythology with science. The author makes connections to the Greek doomsday event with all of the worlds current problems . Not the book for me

This book addresses the fundamental issue of the damage to the planet that has been produced by the commercial practices of neoliberalism, which promote mass consumption and threaten to unleash a global war in the fight for global domination. It is interesting to find out what has been discussed in the European Union regarding these topics.

I'm afraid three generations might be too long to avoid catastrophic consequences for the whole Earth and the fall of our civilization. We must indeed work together, the problem is convincing people who don't want to see the evidence of the problem, also because there are people who have short-term interests in burying such evidence under a lot of misinformation and distraction. Thank you for your great review!

If we can't get our greed in check we are, indeed, going to face the consequences. We need to analyze the past and reevaluate our current structures if we want to solve this crisis.

This book sounds interesting for young and old readers alike who are similarly concerned for the health and longevity of our planet, and who seek solutions to the environmental crisis we find ourselves in today.

Humans and their environment are not aligned any longer. We can't rely on our governments or other leaders to fix this, we have to act ourselves in order to prevent total destruction.

Everything natural tends towards death. Usage helps to slow it down. It is consequential that in our poor handle of the fabric that covers us, we'd expose it to more rapid catastrophic events. Should be a good and informative read.

I like the concept that the author brings about saving our earth through a psychological revolution that should be present in all of us. Congrats on BOTD!
