This review gives "Nemesis 6" by Richard Mollinger a five-star rating, praising its discussion of the Anthropocene and the sixth mass extinction, as well as its focus on the health of the biosphere and strategic solutions attributed to the technological revolution. The review also highlights the book's coverage of European history and the chapter on the "Road to Enlightenment," which provides a constructive communication of the term "Revolution." The book's criticism of capitalism and communism as alliances to neoliberalism may discourage some readers, but overall, the book is well-edited and best communicated to suit readers, making it an enlightening read for young readers and those interested in science-based projects.

I agree this book should be read by the newer generations as it will be up to them to put the practices into place. The book is confronting, but it needs to be, otherwise nothing will change. Thanks for the great review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting book about the issue of preserving the planet and biosphere for future generations while discussing the past events and “ages” that contributed to the issues of the world today. It is likely not for everyone, but it might be worth a second look. Well done.

Already checking out the book! I think it is similar to Homo Deus by Yuval Noah Harari. While I was researching the relationship between population and collapse of civilizations, I came across a few other factors such as climate change, epidemics and wars. All of which are becoming increasingly evident in present civilization.
This book will be amazing to deepen my perspective with the topics mentioned above. :D

Happy Reads,
Khushi.

This seems like a book to trigger discussion into human activities affecting the biosphere and what measures need to be put in place to salvage the situation.

What an insightful review. On reading about the part mentioning the sixth mass extinction and biosphere destruction, I grew interested in reading this book. Also, I'd like to learn more about the latter part mentioned here, that talks about current shifts in the world economy in regards to technology that however directly affects climate change.

Man's greed, dissatisfaction, and different inhumane activities could bring about the great mass extinction. And the only way to escape it is to start practices that do not lead to the imbalance of our biosphere and ecosystem or that have little effect on it.
