The next mass extinction coming up as a rising possibility is something that has been a topic of human discussion for a long time. One can only hope that the work of humans can help ease the damage that is potentially upon us.

This book seems to be interesting and informative. It talks about the problem we are facing in the world, the effect of the industrial revolution that occurred over 200 years ago. It provides solutions on how to regulate the health of our biosphere. I like how the author not only mentioned the problem we are facing in the world but also provided solutions to them. Nice review.

The inclusion of European history as the birthplace of democracy and its ongoing efforts to break free from human ignorance, greed, and destruction was an excellent addition. It helps readers to better understand the past and present economic practices around the world.

The author's deliberate approach to explaining the term "Revolution" and highlighting the accomplishments and faults of significant revolutionists in history was an excellent way to communicate the book's aim.

From this review it clear that human beings have realized that there is need to regulate the health of our biosphere and strike a balance to support the present flora and fauna. Richard Mollingers enlightens us that the past and present economic practices have a huge impact on the safety of our biosphere. It is therefore up to humans to come together to save whatever little that is left. The European union is already working on this and its determined to prevent catastrophic decision making regarding both Anthropocene and geological considerations. I would like to find out the steps and process taken to ensure these goals are achieved. What role does science play in this and how ready is the world for this? Thank you for a detailed review.

The concept of "neoliberalism business practices" is so true. This is because there has been a drastic, somewhat largely unhealthy consumption habits, resulting in environmental degradation, which put is in the risk of mass extinction. This book is also well edited, and so readers should have a smooth reading experience.

The book truly captures my interest with its intriguing and enlightening content. It deeply resonates with the idea that humanity's rampant greed and ignorance lie at the core of the numerous destructive challenges we currently confront. As you astutely suggested, fostering a positive transformation in future generations may hold the key to reclaiming the lost equilibrium.

The review is quite interesting, especially the global plot. I don't understand what's going on in "one biosphere, one people."
Thanks for the review because it gives valuable details about the book.

This review is it catches attention. The human activities are affecting the biosphere and how climate change is resulting into droughts and floods .There is reduced crop production which is threatening the food security globally. Malnutrition is also on the rise with obesity. The weak political will is also affecting the willingness to change. This book is really interesting that everyone should read and take a step to change for the better future.

I share the author's concern about the future of our planet. However, I think the book is geared towards scientists. I could not understand half of the terms used.
