You know, its one thing making a decision, its another sticking to it. i really admire people who takes the bold step of being a vegetarian because i do not have the guts. Over time i have been wondering how it feel like to be a vega.

I'm not a vegetarian. There are cheap vegetables like lettuce and cucumber. You can mix your diet with rice and potatoes.

Any vegetable soup is good to be honest. You won't have to eat dry foods all the time too. Also try making Ukranian borsh, it is very tasty. One of my favorites.

All I can think of is Indian food. You should try paneer, pinto beans and kidney beans curry. They are rich in protein. Boiled corn, sweet potatoes and sprouts are great as a quick snack.

You could maybe try salads? They are my friend's favourites. You could make them in shawarma type and then they are pretty filling.

Wow. I'm happy that you are able to do this. As everything in life, it has its pros and cons too.

Incorporating more plant-based meals into my diet is a conscious choice for both health and environmental reasons. Quinoa-stuffed bell peppers and lentil curry are among my favorite vegetarian creations.

I would give Indian cuisine a try, a large population of India is vegetarian so they have a diverse food scene with a lot of different tasting and balanced recopies.
I eat vegetarian at least 2 meals a day and at least 2-3 days a week entirely.

Yogurt with a lot of vegetables grated or chopped into it, either boiled or raw, with some sort of tempering or sauces.

Veggie Burritos or Tacos, you use beans, rice, and any veggies you like, and top with salsa or guacamole for extra flavor. You can also get vegetable soups and curries, there are a lot of recipes on youtube, and the channel [@pickuplimes] has great variety when it comes to vegan meals, you can check her out.

There are so many different options out there for vegan meats that you could do even an Italian sandwich put a little bit of mayo on bread, angel, hair, lettuce, oil, and vinegar, salt and pepper, and they now sell vegan turkey slices, salami, ham, pepperoni, whatever you like. Of course, don’t forget your cheese. I find a lot of options at the local supermarket or a Whole Foods. They have a whole section. You could also do certain pastas, and add a protein like gardein meat (vegan) and then obviously put whatever cheese you want.
