Cat Detectives in the Korean Peninsula by R.F. Kristi is a well-detailed account of the friendship and mission of members of a detective agency that consisted of Inca, Polo, Charlotte, Cara, Terrance, Monk, and Fromage. Inca, the Siberian cat, was the leader of the detective agency. This is the eighth book in the series, and it comes with different emotions and imaginations as the members of the detective agency were animals.

Inca has a human mother, Missy, who was invited by Le Cordon Bleu Cookery to judge an international cooking competition, and this happens to be what she had been hoping for as she planned on showcasing her new cheese. They traveled to South Korea, where they met a tour guide named Ye Jun, who became their new friend. However, they arrived safely for the event, but unfortunately for them, Missy’s cheese went missing. Who could be responsible for this? Was she able to showcase her new cheese? Grab a copy of this book to find out.

There are so many positive aspects to this book. It’s a children's book, but it contains a wealth of information that is beneficial to adults too. I enjoyed reading the book, and I found it easy to read because it’s a short book and the perfect length for children, so they won’t get bored or tired. I love the writing style of the author and the use of concise words, so children will find it easy to read and comprehend. I love the book's plot. It was very interesting and engaging. I also love the setting of the book. Teamwork is also depicted throughout the book. The members of the detective agency played different roles in ensuring the team achieved its goal.

There was nothing I disliked about the book. This is a book that incorporates value for children. The fundamental objective of the book is to teach children to appreciate animals. After reading this book, I started to have a different perspective on how animals behave and their level of intelligence. The author also made the best choice for the cover page. The book's cover is very appealing, and I'm sure it will attract a lot of people to the book. I found no grammatical errors in the book because it was exceptionally well edited. I would love to rate this book five out of five stars. I decided to give it a perfect rating because it had no faults, and I enjoyed every part of it.

I recommend the book to children between the ages of 6 and 11, so they can learn from this amazing children's book.
