I am interested in learning about the moral lesson of this children's book because I don't think that Sally being a disorganized child and blaming mythical creatures is a good role model for children to emulate. However, I give the story the benefit of the doubt since it's possible that the book has a good ending that teaches children about the value of honesty and responsibility.
Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

A story about a young girl misplacing her glasses teaches young readers to be responsible for their belongings. The added bonus with fairies will be a hit as well. Thanks for the informative review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting children’s picture book following Sally who loses her glasses and is convinced that faeries have stolen her glasses and she is trying to convince her mother of the same. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

The colourful illustrations in 'Mum, The Fairies Stole My Glasses' brings the charming story of Sally's lost glasses to life. I'm sure children will love this beautiful book.

Thank you for the great review. I enjoy children's books and this one was no exception. I wonder who made the footprints? I hope she finds her glasses. I remember when I was young and had to get glasses. I did not like them at all, so I can relate. I have added it to my list of books to read. I'm so glad your niece liked it. She's a good book reviewer.

Mum, the fairies stole my glasses by Tracey C. Ayres, is a children book which talks about an impressionable child who believes fairies have taken her glasses. Young readers will find the plot, pictures, and characters relevant and interesting.

I also think the story add a little bit of suspense which will keep the young readers eager to read on. I can't wait to find out what actually happened to Sally's glasses. Well done on the Review.

I love the cover if this book. I will love reading this to my younger granddaughters. They will be excited to see the lovely redhead as they all have some red in their hair that they inherited from me. They will definitely be running off with my Kindle to read the book many times!

This sounds like such a cute story! Kids always seem to be mercilessly teased for glasses.... among everything else kids tease other kids for... so I could see any young readers who need glasses definitely sympathizing with Sally not being to find an outfit that would be cute with her glasses or just not liking the way they look in general. This seems like such a cute book to both place importance on keeping things, like your glasses, close by, but also with just enough suspense to interest a young child.

This children's book seems like a fun one to read from the dissatisfaction of the glasses to solving the mystery of their disappearance. Great review!
