This is a fictional tale that has a highly imaginative setting and kingdom that is very well crafted by the author. I wonder how this civil war torn kingdom adds to the plot that follows two soldiers. With no negative aspects, this is a must read for lovers if sci fi fantasies. Congrats on the BOTD!

The plot is interesting, especially when it comes to stories with the unpredictability of human behaviors and motives. For a war story, it surely has a lot of action going on. Fans of fantasy and imaginary worlds will enjoy reading this book. Congratulations on the BOTD.

"A New War" by Alexander Farah tells a story of a second war in a land where elves almost lost everyone and they still will fight for their freedom. Along with humans the elves persist in fighting for their beliefs. This book contains many themes including a war-weary uncle who is training his beloved nephew although the uncle wants no more of war. Sounds like the adventure becomes a moral choice in this book.

“A New War” by Alexander Farah is a story about a fictional kingdom of Naataros that is troubled by political chaos. The kingdom had been fighting a civil war for many years between the elves and the humans and now a new war is beginning. The author created a wonderful kingdom with a cast of unusually named characters. There is also a magician that helped defeat the elves that is now siding with the elves. Will King Michel keep the kingdom together or will the war bring autonomy for the elves? A retired renowned soldier named Fares agrees to come out of retirement to help the king. The story includes action, love, adventure and elves. Very good review.

According to the reviews, this novel is fascinating, and I love the mythological aspects of the book. I wonder whether the young Melhel will join the impending war.

Unfortunately, fantasy mixed with war and politics isn’t a genre that interests me. I hope this book finds the right audience. Congrats on the BOTD!

This sounds like an action-packed novel. I hope Fares agrees to fight, and the Scandosians get some peace. I'll definitely sample this book as I like medieval war novels.
