I enjoy books that emphasize the importance of focusing on what and who you are as a person. In most cases, spending time engaging with these kinds of books helps the readers in more ways than just reading. Thank you for your review, it is beautifully done.

Living abundantly is a goal mostly everyone wants to have. The author appears experienced in this department and wants to provide practical advice to help their readers. I love self-help books, so I will likely read this one. Thanks for the review!

I love the concept of journaling! It has helped me revisit all the good things in my life. Even though I've slacked a bit in this department of late, I'll pick it up once again soon enough. However, I do not think I should be reading this self-help book right now. I sincerely hope it helps those who seek it. Congrats on the BOTD!

Self-help books are not my cup of tea but practical advice and exercises that focus on identifying and accomplishing goals are really good. I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I see passion in a writer who does well to explain ideas in a book in such a way that even a layman will understand. I appreciate this writer for writing this book like that. Nice review.

The author is very creative in comparing people's life goals with a vacation because they should be planned the same way. However, it's not the book for me. Congrats on BOTD though!

I like that the author wrote some of the ideas in this book from experience. It gives the reader a kind of reassurance that whatever they read will work. Great review.
