I am having trouble verifying my phone number. As such I cannot review nor am I able to update my status. Please assist. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue here. I can't verify my number or update my tab neither can I complain through reviewers platform. Please put us wise on this process.

I have the same issue. If I click "verify phone number", it does nothing. I do not seem to find a place to add a phone number either. I cannot update book status, which means I am risking getting a warning and losing points. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Same issue here. How do I verify my phone no? Nothing happens when I click on the link. Will I get a text message on my phone? I don't remember adding my phone no. to my profile.

Please please help. I keep getting these reminder messages to update my status but I cannot because I need to update the status which is impossible because the phone number verification process is not doable.

Good morning, I also have the same problem. When I click the Verify phone number, itbwill lead me to the same page. I cannot update my status.

Following. Same issue. Not sure why they would institute something that doesn't work, and prevents us from updating the status on the books.

I’m having challenges to update my phone details ..it is two days now... few hours ago i had to use email to bring this to your attention. As a result cannot update my status .
