Sorry I'm lost... What is the song's name? Do you mean lyrics ARE poetry?

Are you asking for song lyrics that read like poems or song lyrics that can be considered poems? Is "It is Poetry Written" supposedly the name of a song? I couldn't find it if so... I'm not clear on the purpose of this forum. I'd like to be, though? Explanation please?

What the hey are you even doing up this late calling me a poet? I know you can't be doing anything constructive, especially not if you're replying to me. :D A funny forum, this one... Ha, ha!

Loreena McKennit;
The Highwayman
The Lady of Shallot

I don't know who wrote the song, but Edgar Allen Poe's "Beautiful Annabelle Lee" was made into a song that my mother has sung to me for years and has taught me.
Happy hunting ;-)

Hmm...after reading other commenters posts and seeing their confusion on this subject, I am wondering if I answered this forum correctly... :?
