It sounds like a mysterious book, a must read for fiction lovers. Not my type, but still sounds thrilling and mysterious make me wanna read it. It's kind of a book makes you attentive and curious to read more and more. Thanks for this great review.

Praesidium by McKinley Aspen seems to have a lot of twists and turns. And centers on Kathryn and her survival after the disappearance of her dad on her fifth birthday. Congratulations on BOTD!

I loved the book. But mainly because I love the mystery, supernatural, unreal genre. Kathryn sounds like a great character although I think the book could use a little more context as we were moving at a very rapid pace. I expected a little more denial from Scott, the level headed boyfriend on his girlfriend off to a new city with a dubious job offer with incredible perks. But the descriptions of places and people were nice. Definitely a must read.

Long-distance relationships are undeniably tough and are not for the faint-hearted. I am thrilled to embark on this journey with Katharyn and Scott, as I learn a thing or two about teamwork from the HGS.

I was captivated by the sample pages. The story kept me hooked, and I wanted to know what happened to Kathryn's father. The book has a mysterious angle to it which many readers will appreciate. Congratulations on being selected BOTD!

I fail to understand how will the job impact Kathryn and Scott's relationship because I thought it was because of the distance otherwise I like that the book teaches about team work.
