Always Strive to Be a Better You is a self-help book written by Pete Hall. The book explores many avenues for moral and behavioral development. The book is structured into seven precepts, with a different set of key lessons for each premise. Seven people were chosen and tested. The author analyses each person's life story, and extracts certain lessons that can aid in personal growth. The book offers a variety of advice on how to recognize who we are and what kind of person we want to be. Additionally, it offers some motivational counsel that can improve both our personal and professional lives. People often struggle to overcome their propensity towards procrastination. The many strategies for overcoming procrastination are briefly discussed in the book. This book covers everything related to development in every aspect of human life.

Always Strive to Be a Better You is a book that I like and learned from. I gained a lot of knowledge from the seven people whose lives the author focused on in the book. I loved hearing about their stories, which undoubtedly inspired me to want to be a better person. I appreciate the author's use of self-reflection boxes within each chapter. They let readers assess the information they have learned. I enjoyed how the author grouped each of the book's principles using the proverbial theme. It increased the book's interest.

Always Strive to Be a Better You is a book I loved reading. However, as I read the book, I discovered a few aspects that I didn't enjoy. The book was overly verbose. While reading the book, I came across certain explanations that were superfluous and made it difficult for me to follow up. I believe the author ought to have made an effort to keep his descriptions and explanations succinct.

I will rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. It was well-written. The book is well-edited, as I didn't find any errors while reading. The thoughts, ideas, and important lessons in the book are effectively communicated in the clearest, most unambiguous manner possible. This will make it easier for readers to understand the author's message. The book's quality is in no way diminished by the issues mentioned above.

Always Strive to Be a Better You is a perfect self-development book for everybody. Additionally, I would suggest the book to counselors, psychologists, and instructors. The book will be beneficial for people going through counseling sessions.
