From a sampling, this seems like an interesting historical fantasy about a group of unusual individuals who come together to travel to Pangorn Island where an evil sorcerer is believed to have constructed a magical temple that may contain treasures. But first they must overcome their differences and the multitude of dangers that lurk on their journey. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

This book reminds me a little bit of Indiana Jones. Hopefully, everyone can come together to figure out the mystery and discover cool treasures in this book. Thanks for the review!

I like historical fantasy novels. This one even adds adventure to it. What adventures did Deszarius and his allies experience in Pagorn? It'll be fun to read them. Good review.

That's an interesting novel. I'm a bit confused about describing it as a historical novel while having wizards, elves, and dwarfs. The author seems to have done an outstanding job of creating the old world in this book. Thanks for this enthusiastic review!

I don't like to read books set so far in history. The adventure aspect is interesting. Great review.

As much as I don't like Sci-Fi/Fantasy, I still find myself interested in this book, mostly thanks to the historical aspect the story represents. It looks like quite an intriguing turn of events and an entertaining journey to the ultimate goal. Thanks for recommendation and congratulations!

A good book is not just about a good plot. The writer contributes a lot to producing a captivating read. If a writer does not know how to weave a story, the book becomes uninteresting. The praises given to this author shows that I'll enjoy Desvarius's story. Great review.

I’m not a fan of this book switching from first person I’m going to journal my story, to I’m now actually going to tell the story in third person including reference to myself.

The book sounds like a rollercoaster of adventures filled with magic and paranormal creatures. There is also a bit of psychology with internal and external conflicts of the main characters on their journey. It will be interesting to read this book. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!
