I've read several books by Sparks and I have to admit that he really is the Chronicler of the human heart. Using the great power of words, he has a way of making it through your heart and soul and leaving his mark on you.

I love all of his books and honestly I don't know how to pick a favorite one. I'd have to say that even though it's not one of his newer ones, A Walk to Remember was pretty awesome. Though Dear John was good too, though I have to say I only liked it because of where I was at in life at the time. I hated the ending, but only because I was sad for the characters not that the writing was bad. :D

I've read all of them - great for a good cry and a a feel good story. Three Weeks With my Brother was my favorite of his, though. They are nice, quick reads, but not what I chose when I want to read "true" literature. He must make a great, romantic husband, though :) :D

I enjoy Nicholas Sparks' stories but he always has a theme running through all his stories. Someone has to die and it usually is the main character which devastates me! I have really loved the story Bend in the Road and The Choice. He writes stories that make you connect to the characters and believe that love does prevail in relationships.

I love most of Nicholas Sparks books. He has a way drawing you into his books. His books are based on real life situations. Unfortunately, he doesn't always have the happy ending we seem to crave. All in all though, I usually can't put his books down.

I think his novels are wonderful. Especially because he is a male writer, I find it interesting how he can still read the mind of women and portray their characters. I love that he is a male writing romance novels with actual meaning and good story lines.

Nicolas Sparks has always been one of my favorite authors. Of course, being from North Carolina myself I love that all his stories are set there. I used to run out & buy his new books as soon as they were out, but it's been quite awhile now since I've read anything recent of his. The Notebook will always be one of my favorites though. Definitely the most wonderful love story ever if you ask me!!!

I'm sorry but I can't stand his books or movies. Here is a summary off all his books. Boy meets girl. They fall in love until a secret is revealed that threatens the relationship. But they do make it through the rough patch just in time for one of them to die...roll credits
