I'd love to find out if Lucas will succeed in saving the little girl. I understand how grammar errors would suck the enjoyment from a book. I'm sorry you had to face that.

I think that for doctors and medical researchers it must be difficult not getting to the success point they hope for, especially if there's a promise behind it, like Lucas here, which sometimes it's the case. I really hoping that Lucas succeed, even if this is fiction. Thank you for your review, clear and to the point.

His mother's death must have affected him really bad. For he lived mostly to find a cure for her type of cancer, while he could have focused more on his life. Truly speaking I find the book sad, but it can teach one to be patient.

I think most of the people might skip this book after reading the title. Tons of people, on the other hand, will find it interesting. Although, after knowing what this book is about they will find this book fascinating.

I was unable to understand what type of book this one is and only got more confused by reading the description. Is it based on real events? Complete documentary or fiction at least to some extent? In any case, I am not sure I will enjoy reading the story involving sick kids and a plague called cancer. Still, congratulations on BOTD are in order!

A clean-hearted cellular biologist, Dr. Lucas is our hero, with cancer eradication as his final goal. The story starts with Dr. Lucas's fight against the system. With good intentions, his team members, and a man of God on his side, how he carries out Kaitlin's treatment without the requisite permissions makes for a gripping storyline.
Thank you for the detailed review. I have picked up a copy and am curious to find out what ensues.
Congratulations on BOTD!

I got the book on offer thanks to the author. It will be interesting to read about the fight against cancer and any other theme the book explores. Nice review.

Lucas is very determined to find a cure for all types of cancer because it took his mother away when he was young. It seems like a great book to read and I'm curious to see what Lucas found. Congrats on BOTD!

I observed that you have an accurate and deep understanding of this book. It goes beyond the usual reading and knowing the story. This is a very prudent and perceptive review. We don't often see doctors working for a cause or cure. It's not rare but also not very frequent. When Lucas decides to research further to help a girl, it was quite heart touching. It sounds like a brilliant book. Thankyou for explaining the idea of this book beautifully. Definitely gonna read this.

Many people will be able to relate to this story, although it might be too painful for some even if it is fictional.

This sounds interesting. I wonder if Lucas ever did find a way to cure cancer? Kaitlin and Kristen seem like interesting characters as well. It's too bad that the ending didn't give a very satisfying conclusion though, but at least the author did a good job with the rest nevertheless. Thanks for the detailed review!
