4. i just tried opening like normal, it wouldn't work even when i used other features on the laptop. i did use notepad but it gave me some kind of code, and im not comfortable downloading anything off of the web coz last time i did my info was put on the web. apps included

7. I tried Kindle, it didn't work. Nook is not available, and I even downloaded the OBC Reader but the format is invalid.
