This Christian supernatural thriller seems like it raises some contemplative concepts. I agree that there is an unseen force working in our entire universe where it can be truly difficult to understand. It's the journey every one of us takes in returning back to God. Great review!

"The Shaft" by Scott B Delaney. An interesting crime fiction book, politics and religion. Andrew Morrison and his family, and his friend Trevor Haas has been chosen to be killed but God has protected them from Prometheus. This book is well detailed and explained. Congrats on your #BOTD.

The BOTD is a book based in Christianity with well-developed characters who are willing to sacrifice their lives to save their family and church. The antagonist resembles the Antichrist in description and the suspense is appealing.

The conflict between the religious movement, the Call, and the secret society adds to the suspense. The characters, especially Andrew and Trevor, are well-developed and relatable. The book's rating of 4 out of 4 stars reflects its gripping nature. However, due to violence, it may not be suitable for young children. Good review.

This really seems like an interesting book. However, as a non-Christian in this political environment this does not seem like a book for me.

A very comprehensive review which I liked very much. Well done. I don't agree with some of the beliefs in the sample I read but I have downloaded it to read because it seems like a great story. It gives the points of view of those opposed to religion and its teachings and their reasons, so does not come across as preachy in its content. I'm glad to hear it is not totally supernatural in genre. Great BOTD. I also concluded it had been edited. I feel the story deserves 5 out of 5.

That was a perfect review. I'm a fan of thrillers and hence this is being added to my list. I want to know what happened to Andrew and his friend. I hope they are not dead at the end!

The theme of this fabulous story seems to revolve around the age-old struggle between good and evil, but this time Prometheus plays a negative role and leads the evil.

Scott B Delaney seems to be a very talented writer in this suspenseful thriller. Since this relates to Christian ministry and Delaney believes in God and the struggle between good and evil, I am interested in reading this,. I am curious and interested in God's intervention in Andrew and Trevor's lives. You are so good with reviewing the book. Congratulations on the BOTD!

I'm in love with these in-depth characters' backstories. I'm not one for religion-based books because I have differing views on certain aspects of Christianity, but since this got a well-thought-out plot that makes the story interesting, I will give it a chance. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

This sounds like an action-packed thriller novel. I do not think killing the leaders of the movement was a wise idea at all. I hope Andrew and his family remain safe. I'm definitely going to read this book!
