It's great to hear that you're intrigued by "The Date Farm" by Jack Winnick! The fact that the fourth book in the Lara and Uri series can stand alone is a testament to the author's skill in creating an engaging story. The reviewer's positive feedback about the fast-paced and suspenseful plot, well-developed characters, and seamless integration of past missions is indicative of a well-crafted thriller.

I have always had a weakness for suspense thrillers of this type. I love how you've your described the main characters in your review. The theme of terrorism has always been the center of this book and it's timely especially now that the world is grappling with terrorism. Congratulations to the author on BOTD selection.

This book has a clear insight of terror fight in our nations. The two couples show unity as agents as they traverse in various countries tracing the root of terror hence unvailing the plot in a simple and unique way with the thrilling effects and suspense.

'The date farm', is a totally complemented book to me.

The title,'The date farm' was a perfect choice that the author i know brainstormed to a final thought.Lara and Uri did justice to the story's plot.

I've seen a book in this series, I have forgotten the name, but reading this review brought back the memories. Jack is an awesome author that draws his readers close with suspense. I do love suspense while I read, so I certainly would want to read this as part of the series. Congrats on the book of the month.

First book I’ve read with this format of it being completely “narrated” third person point of view with little-no dialogue. Very interesting set up for the book. It made it much more thrilling and still sucked you into the story.

The Date Farm is a suspenseful international thriller involving FBI agents Lara Edmond and Mossad agent Uri Levin fighting terrorists after a brutal assault. The plot thickens with the revelation of breached security, an attack on the Federal Reserve, and Chase Manhattan Banks. The well-written and professionally edited book features locations in various countries, with well-developed characters and a lack of bravado.

It's a very exciting book since I have a weakness for suspense thrillers like this. Its fast-paced, well written edited, well developed and complex plot add to the thrill.settles in squarely with hero ethics and then the characters sound more realistic. Thanks for the review.

I'm not particularly a fan of thriller stories, but this one has a particular appeal, the story sounds very real and the power of a husband-wife working together will always be a read.

Thank you for sharing your insightful and engaging review of "The Date Farm" by Jack Winnick. Your description of the book's premise and its portrayal of contemporary global challenges is both thought-provoking and intriguing. The dedication's opening lines, which you've highlighted, set a powerful tone and serve as a reflection of the real-world issues we face today.

It's evident that Winnick has skillfully woven a suspenseful narrative that not only keeps readers captivated but also sheds light on the heroic efforts of individuals who risk their lives to combat terrorism. The blending of fast-paced action and well-developed characters, especially Lara and Uri, adds depth to the story, making them relatable and compelling protagonists.

Your observation regarding the absence of stereotypical bravado in Uri and Lara's characters is refreshing. This nuanced portrayal not only showcases their professional competence but also emphasizes their dedication and genuine camaraderie

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller novel about a pair of anti-terrorism government agents, Uri and Lara, tasked with investigating a terrorist attack at a Beverly Hills mall and preventing a future attack on US soil. It seems to be worth another look. Well done.
