Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is an instructional manual on how to prepare oneself for retirement. Irs is a book rich with valuable advice which I believe should be implemented by all. Since we all are going to be in a similar position someday.

In the book, the author delves into the history of American retirement. How it works and the best way to get to that point without facing financial issues, and that is the main purpose of this book.

I really liked the book hence it is very instructional. There is a need for people to consider financial matters especially when old age arrives. Apart from that, the author wrote the book in a very ludic way. In other words, you read, learn and have fun at the same. It is somehow provocative how he handles some serious issues with some jokes. Nevertheless, the book was also written in a very simple way. The author made sure to explain every aspect in a detailed manner. I believe that almost any reader will benefit a lot from the teachings portrayed in this book. Because in nowadays there is a need to plan well our lives in order to avoid regrets. This book teaches us the importance of thinking about the future and not just spoiling the present recklessly.

It is a small book; it can be read in a single sitting. Therefore, I should advise people to take time while reading this book in order to absorb the teaching contained in this book. The author also shows some really great understanding of the topic at hand since he presents many other sources as evidence of what is trying to present. Therefore, the author's arguments are really well presented and supported in order to make sure that the readers understand well what is being said.

I really did not find a reason to dislike this book. On the contrary, I liked a lot this book. Moreover, I recommend it especially to people who are close to retirement and adults in general so that they can learn to prepare themselves in advance.

I decided to rate this book with 4 out of 4 stars. I gave this rate because the book has very important teachings for people. On top of that, the book was well edited. I congratulate the author for the work done while editing the book.
